Arguably, One of the best beach in the Philippines. Also one of my favorite beach in Palawan, This 14-km beach is the longest white sand beach in the Philippines (thrice the size of Boracay). The beach is absolutely gorgeous and water is usually calm. Sand in this beach is white and fine without any pebbles/rocks. Sunsets are also stunning in this beach and I highly recommend to visit this place when in Palawan, Philippines.
It is highly recommended for travelers of the world who would want to discover something new and beautiful to go to Long Beach. Very few people, the beach is clear and clean and the waves are just so exciting! It is off the grid and worth the travel.

This is really a good choice for those vacation where you want the peace and solitude. Not just a small stretch of beach, but 14 kms of it! Yes the reviews are correct, there are sand flies, some biting when you dip in the sea. BUT, there are the essentials: white sand, blue sea, sunset view, miles and miles of coconut trees. And the best part – few or almost no people in sight!

Tips:
1. Sand flies are everywhere bring insect repellent. Their bite leaves itchy red patches which are painful.
2. Always watch your kids when swimming, there are no life guards in the area.
3. Island hopping is also available but the destinations you to go are part of port barton – a quaint town less than an hour boat ride from the lone beach.
